Shop Terms & Condition of Services
1. Ordering & Payment Process
* Placing an Order: All orders placed through our website are processed at checkout. You will select your items, enter your shipping information, and complete payment at the time of purchase.
*Payment Methods: We accept Square for secure card payments. Local customers may choose Pickup at checkout and pay cash at the time of pickup.
*Shipping Method: All shipped orders are sent via USPS unless otherwise noted or requested.
* Payment in Full: Orders must be paid in full-including items cost, calculated shipping, and insurances(if selected)- before they will be packaged or shipped.
2. Shipping, Delivery & Insurance.
*Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 Business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or for custom items.
*Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
*Optional Shipping Insurance: Customers may purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If insurance is not purchased the customer assuems all risk for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the package is accepted by USPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages when insurance is declined.
*Delivery Estimates: USPS delievery times vary by location. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided directly by USPS and are not guaranteed.
*Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is in the possession of USPS deliver timelines and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
*All Sales Final: All sa;es are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges. or refunds for any reason other than verified misrepresentation.
*Misrepresentation Claims: A claim may be submitted only if the item received is a different color than shown at purchase or a different item than listed on your order comfirmation. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a refund may be issued at our discretion.
*Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before they have been packaged or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
4. Local Pickup
* Eligibility: Local customers may select Pickup at checkout.
*Payment pickup orders may be paid online via Square or cash at the time of pickup.
*Pickup Window: Pickup times will be coordinated after the order is placed. Orders not picked p within the agreed timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.
5. Product Information
*Accuracy: We make every effort to ensure product description, photos, and measurements are accurate. Slight variations may occur due to handmade elements, natural materials, or supplier differences.
*Availability: Inventory is update regularly, but items may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and refunded immediately.
6. Customer Responsibilities
* Corrrect Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Incorrect information may result in delays or lost packages.
*Receiving Packages: Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. USPS may leave packages at their discretion based on location and delivery conditions.
7. Privacy & Security
* Secure Payments: All payments are processed through Square, a secure and encrypted payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
*Personal Information: Your personal information is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share customer data.
